635ph Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 635ph, clicking "I Agree," or simply using any feature of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who places bets or plays games on 635ph.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy. Both documents form part of the overall agreement between you and 635ph.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 635ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registering and placing bets.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by a Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You are registering as an individual, acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of another person or a business entity.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of 635ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online betting is illegal.

635ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player may only hold one (1) account on 635ph. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them, regardless of whether the funds were deposited or won through gameplay.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information whenever it changes.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 635ph immediately at support@635ph.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 635ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on 635ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). We accept deposits and process withdrawals through the following local payment channels:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank Transfer: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Philippine banks

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 635ph does not charge fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. 635ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During this process, we may request a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID.

5 Betting Rules

By placing a bet on 635ph, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• 635ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly published in error due to a system malfunction or human error.
• In the event of a disputed result, 635ph's decision — made in consultation with the relevant sports governing body or game provider — shall be final and binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per account. These limits are set at 635ph's discretion and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be accepted at updated odds or voided entirely.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. 635ph does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of either the player or the house beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

635ph offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.

General conditions that apply to all 635ph bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real cash. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• 635ph reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is being abused.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or placing hedged bets to guarantee a withdrawal — is a violation of these Terms.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as bonuses carry their own validity periods. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without compensation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 635ph. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point while your account is active.
• Attempting to defraud 635ph through manipulation of bonuses, payment systems, or game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Money laundering — using 635ph to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games.
• Accessing 635ph from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses 635ph staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 635ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 635ph or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any part of 635ph's content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property laws.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

635ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering on 635ph, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 635ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

635ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect platform availability. In such cases, 635ph will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and restore services promptly.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

635ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Requests from the player themselves — for example, via our self-exclusion programme.
• Instruction from a Philippine regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

In cases of account closure for legitimate reasons (not related to a breach), any remaining real-money balance after settling open bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team at support@635ph.com. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to also request self-exclusion.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt resolution through 635ph's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to support@635ph.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

635ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email and post a notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of 635ph after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.
